Jian Wang (王健) CV
I am Professor of Economics in the School of Management and Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen) and Associate Director of Shenzhen Finance Institute (SFI). At SFI, I am also Director of the Center for Macro-Financial Stability and Innovations and Director of Financial EMBA program and EDP program.
Before joining the CUHK (Shenzhen), I worked as Senior Research Economist and Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2006 to 2016.
My research interests include international finance, behavioral finance/economics, international macroeconomics, and monetary economics. I am also interested in the research on China's economy. Please see VoxChina, a platform that I work with Prof. Hanming Fang and Prof. Wei Xiong to promote rigorous research on Chinese economy.
